Shifting gear

Well, the momentum that built up last week is snowballing!

The frames are now out at the powder coaters and the engine cases are at the paint shop, along with Stevie's 250 tank, (we can't have a scuffed up tank letting the side down, now can we?!!). They should all be ready to collect at the end of the week.

The Excel rims are on the way to us from those nice people at Talon and they're pulling the stops out to get the sprockets made for us! Top chaps!

The wheels will be at the wheel builders early next week.

All the new Genuine Honda parts are on the way and there's a LOT of those!!

The Cylinders and Heads are being vapour blasted at this very moment!

The BIG news, is the arrival of the new gears!!! The original gears were rather worn on the engagement dogs. We didn't think Team USA would be happy with bikes that jump out of gear! Sadly, new OEM ones are no longer available, so we had no choice but to get new gears made. They are incredible:- beautifully machined and with reverse-cut engagement dogs. British engineering at it's absolute best! Why didn't Honda undercut them in the first place?
